Biography
Jennifer Lo is an Associate Director in Selvam LLC's Corporate Practice Group. She has a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, local and cross-border joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial law.
She regularly advises companies on corporate governance, as well as regulatory and compliance matters across a wide range of industries. As a member of the firm’s China and Korean desks, she also assists Chinese and Korean clients with setting up of business operations in Singapore and advising on the regulatory requirements in connection therewith.
She also has extensive experience in corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions, and has acted for listed companies on initial public offerings and listing of securities on the SGX-ST and overseas exchanges such as the HKEX, BSE India and the Korea Exchange, public takeovers, acquisitions and disposal of assets. She also advises listed companies on their continuing listing obligations.
Jennifer graduated from King’s College London with an LL.B. (Hons). She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
