Hannah Poh is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC, practicing in private and public merger & acquisition transactions, corporate compliance and regulatory matters.

With extensive experience in corporate law, Hannah advises clients on a comprehensive range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, investment transactions, and cross-border business operations. Her practice encompasses contract and negotiation, due diligence processes, and commercial agreements in both domestic and international contexts.

Hannah's practice extends to helping businesses assess legal risk, navigate complex regulatory frameworks, and implement transaction structures that satisfy both legal and operational requirements. Hannah holds an LL.B. from Singapore Management University and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2018. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
