Amanda Loh practices in the area of corporate law and has advised on a broad range of commercial transactions, including cross border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of companies and financial regulatory matters. In particular, Amanda assists listed companies on compliance matters relating to the SGX-ST Listing Rules and the Singapore Takeover Code. Amanda also regularly advises clients on compliance with Singapore's security laws and the constitution of funds.
Amanda graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Nottingham and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2019.
