Brian has assisted with equity capital markets, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and cryptocurrency matters. He also has experience with general corporate compliance and regulatory matters.

Brian graduated from the Singapore Management University with a J.D. in 2022. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.

He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
