Biography

Colette Tan is an Associate with the Corporate practice group of Selvam LLC. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of corporate work with a focus on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. She has also advised clients on securities regulations and corporate governance, and represented clients in banking matters.

Colette holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the Singapore Management University (2020). She is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore (2021) and an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law in the State of New York (2024).
