Ignatius Lee is a Senior Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Selvam LLC. His primary focus is on construction and infrastructure-related disputes, where he regularly advises and represents clients in both contentious and advisory matters.
Ignatius has acted in a wide range of disputes involving construction contracts, payment claims, project delays, defects, and contract termination issues. He is experienced in handling statutory adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004, as well as arbitration and litigation proceedings at all levels of the Singapore judiciary, including the State Courts, High Court, and Court of Appeal.
Beyond construction matters, Ignatius also handles general commercial disputes.
Ignatius graduated with an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2021.
