Jennifer Lo

Jennifer Lo an Associate Director in Selvam LLC's Corporate Practice Group. Her main area of practice is in corporate finance, and she has advised on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, takeovers, as well as cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and has advised companies on licensing, regulatory and compliance issues across various industries.

Jennifer graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) from King's College London. She is a native speaker of English and Cantonese, and has a professional working proficiency in Mandarin.
