Yip Li Tong

Yip Li Tong is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Selvam LLC.

Li Tong’s practice spans a broad spectrum of corporate work with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (IPOs), and general corporate and commercial matters.

She has acted for and advised clients on matters involving real estate investment trusts (REITs), joint ventures, corporate governance, and investment funds. She also has experience leading legal due diligence exercises and advising on cross-border investments involving Japan, the People's Republic of China, and the United States.

Li Tong graduated from Durham University, United Kingdom with an LL.B. Second Class (Upper) Honours and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021.

She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
