Biography
Agnes Ng is a qualified corporate secretarial professional and a member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). She holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and a Diploma in Banking and Finance. With over a decade of experience in the legal and corporate compliance sectors, both in-house and with outsourced service providers, Agnes has honed her expertise in corporate secretarial practices, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Agnes began her career with Singapore Press Holdings Ltd in the legal and corporate secretarial division. She subsequently joined Rajah & Tann LLP, where she managed a wide spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for both local and multinational corporations. She then joined Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd, where she further broadened her experience in regulatory compliance and corporate advisory services.
In 2022, Agnes joined Selvam LLP, where she continues to provide a comprehensive suite of corporate secretarial services. Her responsibilities include overseeing company incorporations, managing statutory compliance, facilitating board and shareholders
meetings, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
