Biography
Noraini Latiff is a Practicing Chartered Secretary. With over 40 years of experience in the corporate secretarial industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
She began her career with an international chartered accounting firm in Singapore before moving in-house to manage the corporate secretarial department of a merchant bank and its portfolio of public and publicly listed companies. In 2006, she joined Selvam LLC as the Head of its Corporate Secretarial arm.
Besides being an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS), she also has an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
