Tham Seok Boon

Tham Seok Boon is a qualified corporate secretarial professional and a member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. With over a decade of experience in the legal and corporate compliance field, she has developed extensive expertise in corporate secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Seok Boon began her career at Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., followed by Rajah & Tann LLP, where she managed a wide range of corporate secretarial matters for both local and multinational clients. She later joined BDO Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., further expanding her experience in regulatory compliance and corporate advisory.

In 2020, Seok Boon joined Selvam LLP, where she currently provides a full suite of corporate secretarial services. Her responsibilities include managing company incorporations, overseeing statutory filings, administering board and shareholder meetings, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
